Wave in frame with floral designs by Jason Redwood

Jason Redwood made this tattoo for a client to celebrate his Mexican heritage represented by the agave plant as well as a wave to represent his beach lifestyle in Santa Barbara. Agave is known for its hardiness and ability to thrive in harsh environments, the agave is a symbol of strength, resilience, and adaptability. It's a plant that survives and even flourishes where many others would wither, making it a powerful emblem of endurance and perseverance.

Jason’s fine line black and grey style works great with the detailed wave and the American traditional rose at the top is a nice contrast without distracting from the wave. The illustrated style wave is a great example of Jason’s black and grey illustrative tattoo style. Fine detail can be rendered at a small scale with fine line black and grey tattooing.
